Are you a caregiver? Do you support someone with a mobility limitation or physical disability? Join the NCHPAD Coffee Club on the 3rd Wed of every month to learn about a health topic you can use! 

The NCHPAD Coffee Club is a welcoming space designed to:

  • share experiences
  • build connections
  • hear about valuable resources
  • gain valuable insights from guest speakers

What Else Does NCHPAD Do?

NCHPAD is an organization designed to promote health and wellbeing for everyone. They offer free information on topics related to physical activity, fitness, recreation, sports, nutrition, disability and chronic health conditions.

Get Started with the Care Partner Coffee Club!

Coffee Club meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 9:30 am. Join virtually from the comfort of your home; Zoom link sent with registration. Pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea and take a well-deserved break to focus on your well-being. When care partners care for themselves, they can care better for others. Topics for the coffee club change each month and include exercise, diet, spiritual practice, nature, relationships, arts and leisure, rest and relaxation, and more!

July 21, 2026 Topic: Learning to Live After: My Journey and the ACTIONS Framework.  Join us for an inspiring session with Dr. Jereme Wilroy as he shares his personal journey after spinal cord injury and introduces the ACTIONS Framework, a guide for moving forward after life-changing diagnoses or injuries and building a meaningful, active life. 

June 23, 2026 Topic: From Morbid to Comorbid: A Tongue-in-Cheek Talk About Stroke Recovery, Being Diagnosed With Cancer, and Resilience featuring Dante Bacani
