The Alabama APDA Good Start Program is presented by specialists and allied healthcare partners from the UAB Comprehensive Center for Parkinson’s Disease. Designed for patients diagnosed within three years, participants will:

Receive educational information about Parkinson’s
Learn how to build their care team
Be provided with local Parkinson’s support services

This program is offered live at UAB MED WEST Conference Room, 4501 Bell Hill Road, Bessemer, AL 35022

The event is free, but space is limited and registration is required. A care partner is encouraged to join with you.
