About Parkinson's Moving Day: We Care. We Fight. We Move.
Moving Day is an inspiring and empowering annual fundraising walk that brings together people living with Parkinson’s disease (PD), their care partners, families, and communities across the country in a shared mission: to beat Parkinson’s.
But Moving Day is more than just a walk — it’s a celebration of movement, which is proven to help manage Parkinson’s symptoms and improve quality of life. It's a day filled with energy, support, and solidarity.
In the weeks leading up to the event, individuals and teams rally together to raise critical funds that support the Parkinson’s Foundation’s work — providing lifesaving resources, delivering high-quality care to more than 202,000 people, and advancing cutting-edge research to improve treatments and outcomes for those living with Parkinson’s.
