DESCRIPTION:Opinions Link Research is looking for caregivers & patients with the below conditions to participate in a paid research study. Participants will share their feedback on diagnosis and treatments in an anonymous setting and be compensated for their time.   
Inclusion criteria: 
Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Patients 

diagnosed within the past 6 years 
have experience with taking anticoagulant treatment either currently or in past 

Stroke / Ischemic attack Patients & Caregivers 

diagnosed within the last 6 years 
have experience with taking anti-platelet treatment either currently or in past 

Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) Patients & Caregivers 

diagnosed within the last 6 years 
have experience with taking anti-platelet treatment either currently or in past   

Participation includes:  

Online activities over 5 days (about 30 min/day). Log in at your convenience each day to answer questions and share your thoughts. 
Dates:  Week of May 19th 
Incentive: Participants will receive $225 paid within 1-2 weeks  
Note: No treatments will be offered or promoted at any time, nor will anyone try to sell anything. The information gathered will remain confidential and used for research purposes only. The study is sponsored by a pharmaceutical company.
