Stroke

About Stroke

A stroke occures when the blood supply to the brain is disrupted and be caused by a clot or a rupture of a blood vessle in the brain. The effects of a stroke vary widely. Strokes can affect strength, balance, cognition, vision, sensation, and communication, and can drastically affect one's independence.

Therapy realizes your potential and facilitates stroke recovery by exploitating the brain's remarkable ability to heal through neuroplasticity. By identifying and challenging the exact functions that are affected by the stroke, therapists can craft a bespoke recovery program and guide the way through convalescence.
